Following years of development Newdawn now boast the most secure timber based roofing system available today.

The Snaptyte cap provides a consistant downward pressure along the full length of the polycarbonate making it more secure than conventional screw down systems whilst removing the risks of leaks from screw holes completely.

Fit a Newdawn roofing system to your timber built conservatory and you'll rest safe and sure that this service free finish will maintain its integrity in all weathers from freezing winters to hot summers.

STANDARD (& HIP) GLAZING BAR
10 mm, & 16mm capacity.
Available in white or brown
Snaps tight to give an even and secure pressure along the full length of the sheet.
withstands warping and distortion even in the hottest summer.

Following years of successful use in a wide variety of installations, Newdawn has developed an advanced successor to the original Snaptyte Glazing System which invented the concept of snap-in glazing beads. Now known as the Newdawn Standard Glazing System its many features optimise this low cost approach to traditional glazing, on roof timbers or side supports, using multiwall polycarbonate, plastic sheet or safety glass.

Both 10mm and 16mm materials can be used with just the one glazing bar profile. The unique Snaptyte, snap-in glazing beads give excellent performance and fit, with controlled pressure along the full length of the glazing material. There are no screws or fixings to overtighten or miss out altogether. The gasket design ensures secure location and a simple to fit end cap completes a very neat form of construction.

Newdawn Standard is very simple to install, providing a low cost system for use on all types of installation, from a lean-to extension to a complex conservatory.

A choice of the Standard Bar for the glazing of the lean-tos and the sides of the pitched roofs and now the Hip Bar which has been designed to glaze these and the hips around the square ended conservatory (Edwardian style) up to 30° pitch.

They come in complete packs, ready to fit, in lengths up to 6m and a choice of white or brown finishes with matching sheet closures and eaves fillers available in the Newdawn Accessories range.

The Newdawn Standard Glazing System sets the standard for glazing economy with reliable, long term performance at all temperature levels from freezing winters to hot summer sun.
